“Why is sexuality important to God?...

…Because sexuality is a holy metaphor of a God who invites us into covenant with Himself….Your sexuality tells the story of God’s intention to draw you into His covenant love, the celebration of intimacy with Him, and the devastation of betraying Him.” pp. 53-54, Rethinking Sexuality

Ladies, join us as we delve into this topic to discover how God has revealed Himself to us through sexuality. Our Tuesday discussions will not be for sharing personal problems or how to’s but for discovering what God’s design for sexuality shows us about Him and our relationship to Him.

Please join us, no matter your age or stage of life on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. beginning March 5 (until April 30). Childcare is provided for the morning study.

King's Men Book Study

The King’s Men are excited to announce our upcoming book study, Family Shepherds: Calling and Equipping Men to Lead Their Homes by Voddie Baucham.

It’s hard to overestimate the importance of the family, and that of fathers in particular. We’ve heard it said, “As the family goes, so goes the nation.” But it can also be said that “as the father goes, so goes the family.” Consequently, Voddie Baucham has set out to teach men how to faithfully shepherd their families.

This book study will call men to accountability for their God-given responsibilities in their homes and in the faith family. Baucham’s clear style and practical approach will spur men to protect their marriage, raise kingdom-minded children, value the synergy between church and home, and navigate difficult family dynamics.

This is an excellent resource for equipping men of any age or stage in life. Whether you are a biological father, adoptive father, or spiritual father, this study is for you!

·         When?

o    Begins Wednesday, Feb. 7th. We will meet the first and third Wednesday of each month up through April.

·         Where?

·         Who?

Women's Spring Bible Study

Please purchase your book beforehand: Rethinking Sexuality, by Juli Slattery.  Please RSVP to the church office if planning to attend.
